Personal setup for business owners and executives

Your AI chief of staff.

Personally set up on Grok Bot.

I configure a Grok Bot chief of staff for small and midsize business owners and executives. Start with a morning briefing, meeting preparation, and follow-up drafts. Then build toward the scheduling, email, finance, sales, and marketing workflows we agree in your scope.

This is a personal Grok Bot setup service. It is not a ChatGPT product or app.

One-time service fee. Your software subscriptions are separate.

Start your day prepared. Walk into meetings informed. Keep follow-ups moving.

Anthony Caiazzo, Founder, AgentAC

Personal AI. Personally set up.

Practical support. Clear review steps.

Configured for draft-first workflows, with review steps tested during setup. You use your own Grok Bot account.

One front door. Specialists when you need them.

You talk to your chief of staff. It prepares briefs, meeting context, and follow-up drafts. In larger packages it can call on specialist bots. We agree which actions require your review and test those steps during setup.

Your starting point

Three useful routines.
One chief of staff.

A focused setup for small and midsize business owners, founders, CEOs, and managing partners balancing scheduling, emails, client conversations, and follow-ups.

Morning briefing

Start your day prepared.

Priorities, upcoming meetings, and open follow-ups in one short briefing.

“What needs my attention today?”

Meeting preparation

Walk in with context.

Relevant background, talking points, and questions from the information available to your setup.

“Prepare me for my next client meeting.”

Follow-up drafts

Keep the next step moving.

Draft replies and next steps, ready for you to review and edit before anything is sent.

“Draft a follow-up from these meeting notes.”

Example requests. Your routines use the information and supported connections agreed in your setup.

Start with the work you already do.

Start with one chief of staff for you as the owner or executive. Add focused specialist help in larger packages. Supported connections are confirmed before payment. I only include what we agree in writing.

AI chief of staff

Starting point, included in My Chief of Staff

A morning briefing, meeting preparation, and follow-up drafts, personalized to your role, priorities, voice, and approval rules.

Finance and expenses

Available as a specialist in larger packages

Organize expense information, summarize invoices and payments, and flag missing details from the records you provide or supported access agreed in your setup. You review the summary. Bookkeeping system connections are scoped separately. No payments are made on your behalf.

Marketing

Available as a specialist in larger packages

Prepare a content calendar, campaign ideas, and email or social post drafts in your voice from the material you approve. You review each draft before it is sent or published. Marketing platform connections are scoped separately.

Lead generation

Available as a specialist in larger packages

Define your ideal customer, organize prospect information, and prepare outreach and follow-up drafts from the sources agreed in your setup. You approve each message. CRM and prospecting tool connections are scoped separately. Lead volume and sales results are not guaranteed.

Client support

Available as a specialist in larger packages

Prepare for client calls, summarize open commitments, and draft replies from approved information. You review the drafts. Client system connections are scoped separately.

Projects

Available as a specialist in larger packages

Organize milestones, blockers, and decisions from the project information you provide. Prepare a status summary for your review. Project tool connections are scoped separately.

More examples: sales reporting, meeting prep, and a live demonstration

Weekly sales reporting

Available as a specialist in larger packages

Conversation summaries and a weekly read of what moved and what still needs a follow-up, drawn from the information and connections agreed in your setup. You review the draft.

Board and executive meeting prep

Part of meeting preparation, with more depth in larger packages

Background, talking points, and questions so you can walk into a board meeting or an important client meeting with context from the information available to your setup.

A presentation drafted quickly

Live demonstration, not a package promise

On a call I can show how a first-pass presentation can be drafted quickly from your material. This is a demonstration only. It is not a guaranteed deliverable in any package.

Personal brand: content drafts in your voice. Family and home: weekly planning and calendar overlaps. These specialist workflows are scoped separately in larger packages.

A clear scope. A practical fit.

What you get, and what this is not

What you get

  • A personal Grok Bot chief of staff, set up in your own account
  • Three starting routines: morning briefing, meeting preparation, and follow-up drafts
  • Draft-first instructions and review steps configured and tested during setup
  • Guided Gmail and Google Calendar connection where supported, confirmed before you pay
  • Live training on your real tasks
  • A one-page map of your setup and a short walkthrough video at handoff
  • Two tuning rounds after handoff (14 days for the starter setup, 30 days for My Connected Office)

What this is not

  • Not a ChatGPT app, and not a custom software product I host for you
  • Not a Grok Bot subscription. You keep and pay for your own Grok Bot account and any other software. Those providers bill you separately.
  • The starter setup does not include specialist bots or extra app connections
  • It is not a guarantee against unintended actions. AI tools and human users can make mistakes.
  • It is not unlimited changes, and it is not 24/7 monitoring
  • I check what can be connected before you pay. If a tool is not supported, we document a manual workaround or leave it out of scope.
Who this is for

Small and midsize business owners who still carry the day-to-day work of scheduling, email, expenses, sales, and marketing. You want practical help with repeatable tasks, beginning with a chief of staff in your own account. We agree what can be automated, what stays manual, and what needs your approval before setup.

This is for

  • Small and midsize business owners, founders, CEOs, and managing partners who want help preparing the day, managing scheduling and email, and keeping follow-ups moving
  • People who will use the chief of staff on real work and correct it when it misses
  • People who want drafts prepared for them, and who will approve anything before it is sent or posted

This is not for

  • People who want a bot to email or post on its own
  • People who only want prompt tricks or a downloadable prompt pack
  • People who want to explore AI without changing how they work
  • People who want unlimited revisions or around-the-clock monitoring
How it works

Configured with you.
Tested on your work.

01

Choose useful starting tasks

We review your priorities, current tools, and what you want help with first. Your time: a free 20-minute call, then a longer intake if we move ahead.

02

Confirm the scope

I check supported connections and explain what will be connected and what you will provide manually before you pay.

03

Configure and test

I personalize your chief of staff, set up the agreed routines and approval rules, and test them on real tasks with you. Most of this work is mine.

04

Learn and refine

You get live training on your account. For the starter setup that is one session of about 60 to 90 minutes. Then two tuning rounds after handoff.

What happens after setup

I do not aim for a perfect system on day one. I take your setup to a solid 7 out of 10: useful on your real work, then we refine it together.

You leave with:

  • A one-page map of your bots, routines, and approval rules
  • A short walkthrough video you can replay
  • Live training on your real tasks
  • Two tuning rounds after handoff

Every time you correct something, I write it back as a rule so the setup gets closer to how you actually work.

Your first week

In week one, we aim for three first wins you can run yourself:

  1. One morning briefing
  2. One meeting preparation (including board or executive prep if that is what you need)
  3. One follow-up draft that you review before anything is sent

Optional Ongoing Care is available after setup if you want a monthly check-in and small adjustments. You can decide later. You do not have to buy it to keep using what we built.

A free starter: how to ask for a useful morning brief

You can try this today in your own AI chat. It works better once your calendar, follow-ups, and rules are set up for you. That setup is the paid service.

Open the checklist and sample request
  1. Say what your role is and what "needs my attention" means to you.
  2. List today's meetings, or paste a short calendar snapshot.
  3. Paste any leftover follow-ups from yesterday.
  4. Ask it to flag anything it is unsure about instead of guessing.
  5. Read every draft before you send or post it. Nothing should go out until you say so.

Sample request you can copy

"Give me a short morning briefing. List: (1) the three things that most need my attention today, (2) my upcoming meetings and what I should walk in knowing, and (3) any open follow-ups I should not let sit. Keep it under one page. If you are missing information, ask me rather than guessing."

If you want this running on your real calendar and inbox, with your voice and approval rules, book a free 20-minute setup call.

Before you start

A few practical questions.

Is this ChatGPT?

No. AgentAC is a personal setup service for Grok Bot. You use your own Grok Bot account. This page may live on a temporary web address, but the product I configure is Grok Bot, not ChatGPT.

Who pays for Grok Bot?

You do. You keep your own Grok Bot subscription, and you keep any other software you choose to connect. Those providers bill you separately. I confirm what you will need before we start. I do not resell those subscriptions.

Where will I use it?

In your own Grok Bot account. AgentAC provides personal setup, training, and optional support.

What software do I pay for?

You keep and pay for your own Grok Bot and other software subscriptions. I confirm requirements before setup.

Will it send emails or publish posts?

The setup is designed to prepare drafts for your review. We configure and test approval steps, but AI tools and human users can make mistakes. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and checking account permissions and automation settings.

Will it work with my tools?

I check connection feasibility before payment and document any manual steps. The starter setup includes guided Gmail and Google Calendar connection where supported. Other systems are scoped separately.

Do I need technical skills?

I handle configuration and train you on your real tasks. You connect your own accounts. I don't retain your passwords.

Can it help at home too?

Yes. Family planning and calendar coordination can be scoped into your setup. A separate home specialist belongs in a larger package.

Does this replace an executive assistant?

No. It prepares drafts and helps you walk into the day ready. You are responsible for reviewing outbound messages and posts. It can sit alongside an assistant. It is not a promise to replace a person.

What happens after you hand it over?

You get a one-page map, a short walkthrough video, live training, and two tuning rounds. Every correction becomes a rule. Optional monthly care is available if you want it later.

What would you like

In a free 20-minute call, we will discuss your priorities, your tools, and whether the starter setup fits. This works best if you will use the chief of staff on real work and correct it when it misses.
